SEDIV Software License & Support Policy

License Activation & Support Terms

The SEDIV software license includes one (1) year of activation support, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

This policy is designed to ensure fair usage, system stability, and professional deployment of the software.



Covered Scenarios (Activation Support Included)

During the one-year support period, license reactivation will be provided at no additional cost in the following situations:
• Operating system (Windows) corruption or failure
• Reinstallation of Windows
• Failure or replacement of the system hard drive or SSD containing the operating system
• License deactivation caused by OS-level or system drive issues

In these cases, license reactivation will be issued after technical verification.



Hardware Change Policy (Important Notice)

SEDIV licenses are hardware-bound.

If major hardware components are changed, including but not limited to:
• Motherboard replacement
• CPU replacement
• Complete system or workstation replacement

the license may become permanently deactivated.

SEDIV is not responsible for license reactivation if hardware changes are performed without prior coordination.



Mandatory Coordination Before Hardware Changes

If any hardware upgrade or replacement is planned within the active license support period, the license holder must contact SEDIV or the authorized representative in advance.

Only after confirmation and approval:
• Hardware changes may be carried out
• A new activation file may be issued, if applicable

Failure to notify and coordinate before hardware modification will result in loss of reactivation eligibility.



User Responsibilities

The license holder is responsible for:
• Maintaining a stable and controlled system environment
• Avoiding unauthorized hardware changes
• Contacting support before system upgrades
• Complying with all license usage terms

SEDIV licenses are intended for professional use only.



No Liability Clause

SEDIV does not guarantee license reactivation in cases involving:
• Unauthorized hardware replacement
• System cloning or disk imaging
• Migration to virtual machines
• Violation of license or usage terms

All reactivation requests are reviewed individually.
